Any Upgrades are to be paid to Cinderella Events direct (Banking details can be provided)
20% Deposit is required for all upgrades to secure for your Wedding Date
Adrian at The Kinmel Hotel will send you a Tableplan Layout form – This form will allow you to plan the
layout for where your guests will be sitting and how many tables you will need. -
This will be given to you after you have received all the RSVPs back from the Invitations
The Kinmel have three different sized tables available to cater for:
Up to 8 Guests
Up to 10 Guests
Up to 12 Guests
We advise no less than 5 or 6 Guests per table to create a good atmosphere on each table for your guests
We will utilize all of the information provided to us on this form to create you a guest table mock up –
We will set up a Table at the hotel to show you the following:

Chair Covers with Different Colours/Varieties as chosen from our list of available sashes

Up to 3 Centrepieces decorated to your request to match in with the colourscheme/theme as chosen from our list of available centerpieces

An Example Tablename, Menu Card and Placecard designed up to either match in with your invitations or to match in with your décor – (Please send through a photo or file of your invite with this form)
